My Story
A Natural Piano Teacher
I’ve been working as a professional Piano Teacher for over a decade and can honestly say I can’t think of anything else that would bring me such joy every day. I love working with students of all ages and abilities and get so much satisfaction from seeing how they grow and develop in their skills and performance.
Ever since the age of five, I’ve been laying my fingers on the piano keys and discovering music. After studying at Blackheath Conservatoire, Blackheath, I’ve gained a place on the BMus (Hons) course in Music Performance at the London College of Music and graduated with first class honours in BMus Music Performance. Afterwards, I pursued a masters degree Performance and gained a Distinction. Whilst at LCM, I’ve had the privilege to study under Jeremy Davis and Natasa Sarcevic. I have also benefitted from masterclasses by Bryce Morrison, Gustavo Tolosa, and many more. After all my efforts and attending masterclasses, I gained the status of highly commended from the Mona Blackman Piano competition. Always keen to share my passion for music, I gave many concerts in a variety of venues, from large concert halls and churches to smaller more intimate spaces, playing repertoire which spans the centuries, from early keyboard sonatas, to Romantic works, contemporary music, as well as jazz, pop and rock.
As a freelance musician, I regularly perform for a number of function events in and outside the UK. My biggest break was working and performing in Pennsylvania (USA) as an accompanist in Camp Equinunk and Camp Blue Ridge (CECBR) for weekly shows organised by a number of musicians and myself. I have accompanied large ensembles and soloists which spans from age 5 to 18. Teaching and accompanying students at CECBR influenced me to pursue teaching as my career.
For over a decade, I taught privately and in groups to students from the age of 2 and beyond (including adults). During my time as a teacher, I have seen many benefits when students learn an instrument. Mainly, music education helps with everyday life- i.e. Relieving stress, boosting creativity, being a better problem solver... Therefore, I always feel pleased to share my knowledge in music and grateful for being part of one’s musical journey.

Intermediate Technique Workshop
No matter your level of skill or experience, you’ll gain a lot from taking my Intermediate Technique Workshop. Each class includes practical and theoretical instruction, along with plenty of time to put your new knowledge into practice. Contact me to find out about availability.
Practical/ Theory Exam Preparation
Suitable for those preparing for practical and theory examinations. This includes students pursuing grade 1-8 through ABRSM, Trinity and LCM.
